#85699 when invoked with '-q' it should print e.g '.' to show the progress

'-q' option is very usefull when logging output of apt-get -q dist-upgrade
(with script for exaple). But it should give you some information about
progress (or there should be an option to enable it)

For example, it could print '.', and each package has 80 '.'
(i mean that while downloading a package, it should print '.', and when it
finish downloading package, there should be 80 dots)
