The mirrors that cdimage.d.o redirects to are often (at least seen from here)
quite slow.  Would it be possible to provide the CD images on deb.d.o ?

cdimage.d.o doesn't redirect to mirrors, just to the machines that are
part of cdimage.d.o. There is an experimental debian-cd mirror
redirector here that you might like to try out. It redirects to
existing CD mirrors rather than using CDNs. Making it an official
service is currently blocked on someone packaging MirrorBrain.
