To use omshell it is necessary to supply a secret key.  According to
the docs this must be done by providing the secret value directly on
an omshell command.

This is not desirable from a security pov (the key has to constantly
be in scrollback, cut and pasted, on the screen, etc.)  It also
hinders automatation.

omshell should be able to read the secret key from a file.  Ideally,
it would be able to read the secret key from the dhcpd.conf.
