Package sensord is missing from the final release of Debian Stretch, however it was available at last week at RC5.

For a workaround I could install manually this deb: sensord_1:3.4.0-3+b1_amd64.deb

This is actually on purpose. sensord is buggy and might lose data (see
bug#790796). It has been found the easiest is to stop shipping this
package. It might be possible to reintroduce it without the RRD support.

Hi,

Removing the whole package because one particular use-case has some problems
seems like a bit of an over-reaction, especially when that usage isn't even
mentioned in the package description and the required dependency is only a
suggests. Unfortunately I assume it's unlikely to be reintroduced into
Stretch and we will have to wait for Buster. :-(
