Hello.
After a recent update (28.07.2017), all directories, that were automatically mounted with fstab to home folder,
are displayed on Nemo's left panel under the name and icon of that partition.

I'm sure, they must not be displayed there, because amount of such, automatically mounted folders, could be really large, they take too much place, and those, who make automatic mounting, usually, makes mounting of some "technical" \ "data" folders and don't want to be all that folders be on Nemo's left panel.

Best regards, Vladislav.

Hi,

the list of devices in the sidebar is not decided by nemo: it comes from
gvfs, which by design shows every mount located in a visible directory
of the user's home ("gio mount -l" lists the same entries). On current
versions the bind mounts are at least shown with the name of their
folder instead of the partition label.

To hide them, add the x-gvfs-hide option to the fstab lines, for example:

/media/vlad/Storm/Backup/linux/home/Programs /home/vlad/Programs none
bind,x-gvfs-hide

I tested it on trixie (nemo 6.4.5, gvfs 1.57.2) and the mount is no
longer listed. Since this is the intended behaviour and not a bug in
nemo, I'm closing this report.

Thanks,
Fabio
