Please add a switch to disable the use of an initrd-image.

I'm compiling my kernel with make dep-pkg
and I'm not using an initrd-image.

flash-kernel fails with error 2 and I found out that no initrd was found.

Please fix this.

I wonder if the upcoming release 3.100 fixes this problem for you. At
least it will make initrd optional in some cases.
