Mimic's low-latency, small resource footprint, and good quality voices set
it apart from other open source text-to-speech projects.

This package is a dependency of mycroft-core, another python application
that I am trying to package. It is also useful as an open-source text to
speech engine.

I plan to maintain this package myself and with other Mycroft developers. I
do need a sponsor, however.
