Dear Maintainer,

Since upgrading to Debian Stretch, the Save dialog in KolourPaint has been
broken
on my system. I receive an error saying: "Could not start process; cannot start
klauncher:
The name org.kde.klauncher5 was not provided by any .service files.".
After clicking OK, the dialog remains open, but directories and files are not
listed.

I can still save the file in the current directory or any of its parents, but
since
files can't be listed, I can only go up the directory tree.

I tried uninstalling kolourpaint4 and installing it again, but the problem
remains.

I am using LXDE and KDE is not installed, and so I think it's likely there is
at least one
package kolourpaint4 should list as a dependency, but does not, and as a result
the package(s)
was/were not installed.

I had the same problem (in xfce). These are the messages in shell:

Icon theme "crystalsvg" not found.

The problem is solved by installing the kinit package.
Dear Maintainer, consider add kinit dependency on the package.

Kolourpaint depends on libkf5kdelibs4support5, this kio but kio no
It depends on kinit. But kinit depends on kio. This way, when
installing kolourpaint, kinit is not installed.
I think it will be necessary to communicate this to those responsible
for the Qt/KDE packages
