Dear Maintainer,

Hi - a minor bug but it affects usability.  If you "add applets" to the default
panel, choose to add an "application launcher", then it adds a default launcher
pointing to the file browser application, with appropriate folder icon and
hover text that says "Files".

You then right-click and select options->edit to point it to the application
you actually want to launch, enter a name, and pick an icon.

However, ever after setting a different title, the launcher retains the hover
text "Files", which makes it difficult to determine which launcher is for which
app if the icons are not sufficiently distinguishing.

The hover text should be the title that was entered for the instance of the
launcher applet.
