I'd more consider it a bug upstream ships it, thenaagain they probably build
with all languages? (Don't see any --with-lang in

Yes, Hebrew does need attention. If it wasn't the need to pass through NEW
each time
I would be happy to do something more dynamic for this. But at the moment,
we can
raise the issue during the LibreOffice conference in Rome and than take a
decision
after talking (and warning) the translators.
