Dear Maintainer,

while installing 'open-iscsi' on a pristine machine, i got an error:

the error was non-fatal and installation succeeded, nevertheless it was a bit
disturbing to see the missing file unhandled.

i'd suggest to test for the existence of that file before copying it around.
(i casually checked the maintainer-scripts and it seems that these never use
'cp', and always check the existence of the initiatorname.iscsi file before
doing anything to it).
