The build of gsettings-qt for sparc64 (admittedly not a release
architecture) failed:

  make[3]: Entering directory '/<<BUILDDIR>>/gsettings-qt-0.1+16.04.20170729/tests'

I don't have further details, but perhaps you can reproduce the
problem on the sparc64 porter box notker.debian.net if and when it
comes back online.
