On a listing of a source package's bugs, it would be great if we
could link to the package tracker. For example, on:

.. we should provide some hyperlink (somewhere!) to:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python-passlib

The "Package Tracking System" link is that link. Probably making the
package information listing more compact and listing them as
"packages.debian.org" and "tracker.debian.org" might make that clearer.
