I'm looking at this intent requirement:

There, I have uploaded the first statement (instead of the applicant),
so in the notes I can read
    statement of intent uploaded by mattia instead of the applicant
    statement of intent not signed

Then, the applicant uploaded another statement, that de-facto
superseded mine, and added another line to the notes
    statement of intent not signed

In the end, all the notes read like
    Potential problems
        statement of intent uploaded by mattia instead of the applicant
        statement of intent not signed
        statement of intent not signed

Which is very confusing, as the only potential problem that is
interesting is only the last one.
