Hi,

after upgrading to xpra 2.1.3, the (working) server emits the following:

[9/5000]mh@swivel:~ $ xpra start --pulseaudio=no --encoding=png/P --daemon=yes --dpi=96 :100
Warning: cannot use the system proxy for 'start' subcommand,
 failed to connect to '/run/xpra/system':
 [Errno 2] No such file or directory
Entering daemon mode; any further errors will be reported to:
  /run/user/1001/xpra/:100.log
[10/5000]mh@swivel:~ $ less /usr/share/doc/xpra/

Is this intended? Can it be avoided?
