abcde is retrieving from CDDB some (all?) album descriptions in Latin1
when locale is es_ES.utf8, which means filenames get stored with
incorrect (and unmanageable) characters and eyeD3 fails on files with
non ascii characters.

If charset is different from locale it should be converted.

It seems the data was coming from CD-TEXT, not from CDDB.
