queue-viewer and the debrelease.* libraries could do with some form of
test suite.

Some parts of the suite would benefit from small unit tests, but
regression testing for the overall system would also be beneficial.
This would need to involve mocking of file system and database content
in order to ensure a consistent set of test data.
