It would be helpful to have an interactive tool that could be used for
managing / processing stable updates.

This could include:
- listing packages ready to be accepted
- listing packages without comments and allowing the creation of a
comment file
- comparing the uploaded diff with that proposed in a p-u bug report
- accepting or rejecting packages, with confirmation if there are any
installability or version issues
- displaying the currently available installability reports, debdiffs,
lintian checks etc. for an upload
- ...
