When queue-viewer detects that a debdiff, installability check or
lintian diff needs to be generated, it does so inline. This can lead to
individual runs taking several hours (when e.g. a kernel DSA has been
released), which makes processing of other updates difficult.
It would be useful if queue-viewer could instead generate some form of
stamp file that a second background process could then pick up and
generate the needed output.
This will also need some thought given as to how the queue-viewer
output indicates that generation of an output file has been requested.
