The Python mechanize doesn't support Python 3 so alternatives are
needed. One of them (MechanicalSoup) is in Debian but isn't very useful
compared to Mechanize. RoboBrowser looks more useful but isn't
maintained upstream, but is probably more likely to work like Mechanize
than MechanicalSoup does.
