At Debian Sid:

$ formiko-vim

(formiko-vim:11126): Application-ERROR **: Vim is not support only on
X11 backend

I would like to read about this issue at README.Debian. Do you have plan
to support GdkWaylandDisplay?

Hi,

the problem is Wayland, resp. in GtkSocket on Wayland.

I was create note to README.rst in upstream. So formiko-vim will
work on wayland as soon as GtkSockets will works on wayland.
