Hi!
One of fields rc-alert displays is "Popcon rank:".  It's cumbersome to
interpret as it requires you to visualize a installed-to-rank graph.

While "inst" is also relative (to # of packages in the archive vs # of
popcon submissions, respectively), it gives a nice measure that's
intuitively obvious.

Thus, would you consider displaying inst instead of rank?
