Dear Maintainer,

licensecheck misses a license in the HTML file of a package I maintain. The
package is libhtmlcleaner and the HTML file can be seen online[0].

$ licensecheck src/test/resources/test23.html
src/test/resources/test23.html: *No copyright* UNKNOWN

However, there is the following line in the file:

  <p class="small">Unless otherwise indicated, this page is © 2007-2013 University of Oxford. It is licensed under the <a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/uk/">Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 England & Wales licence</a>.</p>

I would have expected the following output:

$ licensecheck src/test/resources/test23.html
src/test/resources/test23.html: © 2007-2013 University of Oxford CC-BY-SA-2.0-uk
