The init script for tftpd-hpa kills any instances running in lxc containers
when stopping the service on the host machine.

Example:
Host: sudo service tftpd-hpa start
Guest: sudo service tftpd-hpa start
## all running now
Host: sudo service tftpd-hpa stop
Guest: sudo service tftpd-hpa status
## no longer running in the guest, host init script killed it!
