I've installed kde-full package

I've started konqueror

   * What was the outcome of this action?
empty page with "about:blank" at address bar and error
"error:/?error=105&errText" at the top of window.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Start page with tips.

|Hi, Bug 894340 is still||on a fresh install of Debian 11 when starting Konqueror from
"favorite-tab" on menubar and from panel icon. No problem launching
Konqueror from "application-tab > Internet" on menubar. Removing and
adding again the konqueror icon on favorite tab and panel icon resolve
the problem. Konqueror 20.12.0 KDE Frameworks 5.78.0 Qt 5.15.2 Tanks.
