I have already created diaspora-installer which can be used a reference
and I'm willing to mentor anyone interested to work on this.

Context: We tried to install loomio using docker as per official method,
but could not resolve all the problems. An installer package would makes
things much simpler.

Hola ,
I observed that Its been long 5 months for any activity towards
loomio-installer package, i would like to take this task for packaging it
. and make it an active package again .
