Client and server software to query DNS over HTTPS, supporting both
Google DNS-over-HTTPS protocol and draft-ietf-doh-dns-over-https
protocol.

DNS-over-HTTPS enhances privacy and security for DNS, especially it
is able to prevent state-level firewall from intercepting DNS traffic.

Google and CloudFlare now provide public DoH services. A list of
similar software can be found at
https://github.com/curl/curl/wiki/DNS-over-HTTPS . This piece of
software outperforms competitors with flexible configuration,
high concurrency performance, and optional ECS compatibility.

The software contains two programs: doh-client and doh-server, and may
be splitted into subpackages. I would like to provide assisant with
packaging.
