Dear Maintainer,

I would like to file an Intent To Package for a new package I have been working on. I called it "fijnstof" (Dutch for Particulates). It reads measurements over serial/uart from physically attached sensors, and distributes the measurements to external systems over HTTP(s). Currently supported sensors are SDS011 and SDS021, although a CO2 sensor is on the way. Currently supported external services are Domoticz and Luftdaten.

I can already create a .deb file, and install it successfully on Raspberry Pi.

Please let me know where to go from here.
