Dear webmasters,

Please consider publishing the new Japanese translation of Policy, even
though it's still fairly incomplete.  See the debian-policy-ja binary
package.

AFAICS there has been not much work on Japanese since this bug has been filed.

How to proceed?
Sorry for not acting more in time, but should we still  publish Japanese translation?
