I intend to orphan the c-icap-modules package.

The source package description would be:
 Those are various services for c-icap to do content filtering, url checking or
 virus scanning. They are distributed with c-icap and written by the same
 author.

Package is in good shape. I will probably make some more upload before buster:
- move to salsa
- debian-policy and lintian stuff
- new upstream

New maintainer should take over c-icap too.
