I intend to orphan the c-icap package.

The package description is:
 C-ICAP is an implementation of an ICAP server. It can be used with

Package is in good shape. I will probably make some more upload before buster:
- move to salsa
- debian-policy and lintian stuff
- new upstream

New maintainer should take over c-icap-modules too.
