ssh-add appears to ignore the IdentityAgent configuration value and
only uses the SSH_AUTH_SOCK environment variable to determine which
agent to use. I wanted to make ssh-add use the GnuPG SSH agent.

$ ssh-add
Could not open a connection to your authentication agent.
