Paul,

I can confirm this problem but I have no problem how to fix this
(except to skip this test).

Kind regards

       Andreas.

Paul,

I have forwarded the issue upstream, may be you get involved there.

Kind regards, Andreas.

Hi,

in the last upload (0.7.0-8) that fixes some other issues the test in
question was skipped and thus the packages does not FTBFS any more.
Since the problem itself persists and the test keeps on failing the
bug is not closed but the severity is set to important instead.

Any help would be welcome anyway

      Andreas.

Hi,

as far as I can see the Debian Med team is not able to take over
upstream work on opensurgsim. Thus I'd suggest to remove this
package from Debian if nobody might step in.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
