Dear Maintainer,

In the kmail main window, in the part where the content of an email message is displayed,
the scrollbar looks exactly the same as in chromium.
In other parts of the window (email message list, folder list) the scrollbar looks like
in all other KDE applications.

This gives an inconsistent look for kmail.  Kmail should use even for email messages
the globally configured style for scrollbars.
