I'm orphaning riemann-c-client. I still intend to maintain it upstream
(there's not much to maintain there, mind you), but I no longer wish to
maintain the Debian package.

Feel free to pick it up.

The package description is:

Description: C language client library for the Riemann event stream processor
 Riemann is a network event stream processor, intended for analyitics,
 metrics and alerting; and to glue various monitoring systems together.

 This library provides a C language client, with a simple but
 convenient API, to connect to Riemann, send events and run queries

(There's also a -dev package, and one with utilities based on the library.)

After working to fix the current packages in sid/testing, and then
backport it to stable and oldstable, I am willing to update this package
to the latest available version and adopt it.
