  Description     : BACnet application and network layer in Python

BACpypes is a Python implementation of BACnet, which is a communications
protocol for Building Automation and Control (BAC), designed to
facilitate information exchange between HVAC, lighting, access control,
and fire detection equipment.

AFAIK, there is not yet any BACnet-related software in the Debian
archive at all (besides some bits for wireshark and nmap).

I plan to join the Debian Python Modules Team and maintain it there.
I'm a complete nobody, so I'll be needing a sponsor.  Upstream has yet
to support Python 3.7 explicitly, but surprisingly little effort was
required to patch it to make it work (I'll be sending the patches to
upstream shortly).

If this manages to make it into Buster, I'll be pleasantly surprised :)
