Thanks for the bugreport.

I agree that it makes sense for lintian-brush to add "QA upload" lines
to changelog. At the moment it just calls out to "dch" from
devscripts. Would it make sense for "dch" to just add "QA upload" by
default if the maintainer is the QA team?
