knot-resolver, tsung, r-cran-dygraphs, and netdata all embed a copy of
the dygraphs javascript library.  Some of them ship the library already
minified, others ship it un-minified.  several different versions are
shipped, and some of them do not appear to be well-maintained.  It would
be preferable for debian to ship a single well-maintained dygraph
package that these packages could all point to.

It would be great if the RFP for libjs-dygraphs were resolved!
