Dear Maintainer,

	gpb pq --export --commit

creates commit with subject "Rediff patches". Can you please consider
renaming it to "Refresh patches" to be consistent with terminology of
"quilt"?

Sorry about raising such bike-shedding topic, but I believe consistency
is good thing.
