Dear Maintainer,

I found a problem with current kernel 3.16.0-8-amd64 of Debian 8.11.
Similar as described in bug report #927781 the kernel crashes with
"unable to handle kernel paging request...". This occurs every time and
immediately when I start the program GIMP from Debian package 'gimp
2.8.14-1+deb8u2'. The graphical desktop is frozen and the system is
completely unusable. This does not happen with the previous kernel
3.16.0-7-amd64.

I didn't find an upload for 3.16.66, but did find 3.16.68-1, so I'm closing the
bug with that version
