netpipes fails to cross build from source, because it does not pass
cross tools to make. The easiest way of fixing that - using
dh_auto_build - makes netpipes cross buildable. Please consider applying
the attached patch.

I need to admit I closed the ITS bug with an NMU to delayed=10.
Unfortunately nobody from the package Salvage team intended to add the
own ID to the Uploaders field which is required by the ITS procedure.
