The autotype shortcut does not work anymore with GNOME terminal (since
buster upgrade). . In every other application it works.

Well, that's not optimal, but nothing I'm going to be investigating.

I'll be updating the package to a recent version in unstable shortly,
maybe it works then, but I assume it's more of a gnome-terminal-related
issue. If not, talk to upstream and figure out what's going on if you
want to see this fixed.

On IRC it was just pointed out that maybe it's because you're maybe using
Wayland now, and the other apps you tested run via X11 compat?
You might want to check if that's the case.
