Olimex has (had) 3 variants of OLinuXino MICRO, with either of SoCs A13,
A10s, and A20.

The variants for A13 and A20 are still sold, whereas the A10s variant is
dropped.

Debian package u-boot-sunxi provides firmware for A10s and A20 flavors,
but not for A13.

Please consider enabling support for OLinuXino MICRO A13.

I don't see an obvious configuration for the A13 variant in configs/*
for either 2019.07 or 2019.10-rc2. Is it named differently than the
existing variants?
