The latest version of the Symbola font was released on March 2019 at
http://users.teilar.gr/%7Eg1951d/
and it supports Unicode 12.0.
If the license allows its inclusion to Debian,
please consider to update the package.

It seems that the current version is 13.00, released March 2020,

The font (and the other ancient scripts fonts) have moved to
https://dn-works.com/ufas/

An even newer version of Symbola than previously reported has
also been released. However the UFAS License under which the fonts
are released

https://dn-works.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/UFAS-Docs/License.pdf

is non-free in the Debian sense (in particular, it's not for commercial
use).
