Dear Maintainer,

the rcs package is missing rcsfreeze[.sh] and its man page, which are
in the source tarball from GNU.org.

The command is an important part of RCS, and it is even described
in the earliest historical documentation I have seen.

The Debian package used to modify upstream's Makefiles to install
rcsfreeze along with the rest of the RCS binaries. Sometime in 2012 I
dropped this patch with the following commit message:

  * Stop shipping the rcsfreeze script as upstream doesn't support it.

I don't remember if ttn (RCS upstream) specifically requested for the
Debian patch to be dropped, or if it's the result of some mailing-list
discussion. Either way I don't think there's much point in re-adding
this script, at this point it's of historical interest only.
