When taking a screenshot using a PrtSc, the current window temporarily looses
focus (and I see it on the screenshot, but also in the window, as a brief
flicker). This doesn't happen when using the "Take screenshot" tool manually and
taking full screen screenshot, even with 0 delay.

Additionally the cursor is also incorrect. It turns into generic mouse pointer,
even if the mouse cursor was different (i.e. text selection I-beam thingy). For
example in Terminator, the I-beam text selection cursor shows all the time in
most of the sub-windows, even if they are not active, or terminator is not
focused, but still visible on screen and cursor is over it.

But when taking a screenshot, it always is gone.
