I want to build vinnie (ITP #939609) which is a dependency of JVerein
(ITP 929477)

Therefore I nedd jacoco-maven-plugin.

The build of this plugin is patched to ignore.

What are the reason to do so?

An Update to version 0.8.4 is also available.
