Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
     I sometimes forget what packages I have reported bugs to... I would like to have a list of "my reported bygs" in reportbug.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     I can filter on my email, but this means using two systems instead of one

   * What was the outcome of this action?
     Filtering on email works, but is cumbersome at times

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     That reportbug had a list of "my repoerted bugs" stored for easy access / update
