Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new database
2. Create an entry and save it. Its UUID is

ffffffffffff4fffbfffffffffffffff

3. Create another entry, notice it has the same UUID.

Bonus data loss:

4. Save the database, and close it.
5. Load the database.
6. Only one of the entries is still around.

A firmware upgrade on my X470 Taichi Ultimate to P3.4 (from P3.2)
resolved the UUID collisions (AMD Ryzen 3700X).

As terrifying as this was for me, the solution is to have hardware
that functions properly. I think there is merit in leaving this open
so that other people with buggy firmware know to upgrade their
firmware, but adding a test for a UUID collisions is not a grave
defect.
