Hi.

Due to laziness and my part (and, I suspect, others may also appreciate it),
it would be very nice to have wnpp-alert generate its output as an HTML page
or, at least, with clickable URLs, since I often want to know why a given
package is orphaned or needs help or whatever.

At present, I am using a very dirty Perl one-liner to generate such links,
but it would be nice if something more standard would be available for
everybody.
